AssistiveTouch and screenshots

I'm running iOS 9 on my iPod Touch 6 and iPhone 5. When I'm taking a screenshot, the AssistiveTouch button is not hidden like it was on previous iOS version. I'm still running iOS 7 on my iPad mini 2 and i don't have this problem.

is it a bug of iOS 9 that still hasn't been fixed?
